To ensure you – and the guests after you – enjoy a relaxed stay, please observe the following rules:
Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the apartment. Please smoke considerately outside and dispose of cigarette butts properly – this is not a gas station! 😄
Pets are not allowed. We want to ensure a worry-free stay for guests with allergies.
Please treat the apartment and its furnishings with care – as if it were your own home. Significant damage or messes may result in additional charges.
Fresh bedding, towels, coffee, tea, toilet paper & soap are provided upon arrival. For longer stays, you can request fresh laundry from us.
Please respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to ensure all guests and neighbors can sleep peacefully.
Please close windows when leaving the apartment – especially if heating is on. Turn off lights and electronic devices when you leave.
When leaving: close windows and lock the door. Losing keys may require replacing the entire locking system – please take care.
No parties, events, or unregistered guests allowed. The apartment is intended exclusively for the booked number of guests.
